Welcome to Oasis Outdoor Living. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

We provide custom outdoor construction services, including but not limited to: composite decks, wood decks, waterproof decks, covered decks and porches, pergolas, and fences. All services are performed within a 45-minute radius of Fort Collins, CO, including cities like Windsor, Loveland, and Johnstown.

2. Estimates and Consultations

We offer free, no-obligation estimates. Estimates are subject to change upon detailed project scoping and site visit.

3. Payment Terms

A project deposit is due upon contract agreement. Remaining payments are structured based on project milestones and outlined in each client’s contract. Failure to pay may result in project suspension.

4. Project Scope and Changes

The client must approve the scope of work before the project starts. Any requested changes after commencement may incur additional charges and extend the timeline.

5. Permits and Regulations

We comply with local regulations and assist with permit acquisition if required. Clients are responsible for disclosing HOA or property-specific restrictions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations prior to work commencing may be eligible for a partial refund based on labor and material commitments made. No refunds once significant construction work has begun.

7 Limitation of Liability

Oasis Outdoor Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
